This is the second day we have walked on snow when we step outside. What a quick change. Everything looks different. I don’t think I will ever get used to the “first”cold. When I think back to last year we had -20 or -24 for a couple of weeks and I was out most of the day without any hassle. Today we had -5 and I was freezing, it is totally amazing how my body gets acclimatized throughout the winter.
I have managed to make quite a few creatures since my last post, except a dog, sort of put that on the back burner for now. I have also made a hat, slipper, going to make another one so I have a pair, I am very excited about the last two items. Its the first time that I have purchased a pattern over the Internet, and I am really excited about the results. I will post a picture once I have them finished. Watch this space.
